Shipping Costs & Methods
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Glassware (Pint & Rocks glasses) and Mugs to New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe.
- Flat Rate Shipping: All other items (including Art Prints) and all orders to the "Rest of World" are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping Note: High flat rates apply to certain regions to cover the significant costs and risks of international transit.
Handling & Transit Times
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

- New Zealand & Australia: 10–20 business days.
- USA, Canada, UK & Europe: 5–12 business days.
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days.
- Note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time.
